  • Dave Davis managed a property for me in AZ City. This is a poor area where it's hard to get good reliable tenants. He managed to rent my place in 30 days to a tenant who stayed for nearly a year. The tenant abandoned the property skipping out on the last month's rent. On a positive note he didn't leave the property trashed. I will use Renters Warehouse again because it's better than the alternatives. I would have appreciated the company more if they'd cover the necessary expenses to clean up the house to get it rented again. This would show me they are better than whatever competition is out there.
