  • This place is ridiculous. Had an appointment, set by another FastMed in Tempe. Took off work, drove across Phoenix and was told they switched my appointment to 5 hours later, but I could wait if I want to! Went home and came back five hours later for A SET APPOINTMENT. Waited over an hour to be called back. Then the person taking my vitals was apparently unhappy that I was frustrated with the process and she jabbed a thermometer so far down my throat that I gagged and had to grab it myself because she kept pushing it in. All the while, she said not one word to me. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!
