If I could give no stars, I would. On the day of our accident on 10/31/15, we were rushed to an in-network hospital, which called Arizona Center for Hand Surgery, which doesn't take our insurance. Stressed, in shock, sedated, and distraught, we assumed they were in network. Apparently, this center could have refused our case because of the lack of insurance, but they took it anyway. Didn't get a bill for 4 months, and when we did - wow! Sticker shock! When we didn't pay the bill by the due date (1 month later), they sent us to collections. #ArizonaCenterforHandSurgery is a fraudulent, predatory, and unethical practice taking advantage of people in emergency situations. Shame on them!
