  • I brought my car into this shop because it needed an alignment. Was told it would take about an hour. 3 1/2 hours later (when the shop was closing) they said my alignment was as good as they could get it. When I got in my car I immediately started to notice something was wrong. My steering wheel was no longer straight and sitting at an 90 degree angle. Not to mention the car now swerves all over the place, now my cars not even drive able. When I called them the next day they tried explaining to me that I must need new ball joints. Well both controls arms (including my ball joints) were replaced 6 months prior. They wanted me to replace the parts & then pay them for another alignment which I thought was complete bs. My car had none of these problems before bringing them into them. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.
