  • I was hesitant to review as I communicated directly with the hotel regarding our previous experience and they were very apologetic. This is the second disappointment and again their communication system is poor and we are left waiting after calling ahead and confirming pick up. Advice - do what you say you will do. Big kudos to the parking valet. Fabulous service!!
