  • I took my DC39 in for a burned out motor, covered under warranty. I expected it to take a few days or a week, but they called and emailed me the next day to tell me that my machine was repaired and ready for pickup. When I got there, I saw that they even replace the vacuum head and beater brush, all no charge. Customer service is outstanding! I'm glad to have my machine back and in perfect working order.
