  • This outfit is a joke. They delivered some supply to my neighbor's house. The truck driver was careless enough to miss the house, so he felt that he can make a U turn on my driveway leaving skid marks all over it. After spending some time on the phone with the "customer service" I was finally transferred to the truck driver's manager Kith. This guy told me that he will talk to the branch manager on Monday and they will call me back with resolution. Guess what? It is Monday evening and nobody bothered to call. Thank God I am not their customer!
