  • We decided to go with Imperial Windows and Screens to replace the aged sunscreens on our home. John Uptegrove (the owner) came to our home to give us an estimate for the sunscreens and a replacement patio door. John took his time as he explained the options available to us as well as the cost - including the estimated SRP rebate. The screens were installed approximately 2 weeks after they were ordered and they look great and are a really nice quality. Bob the installer was very pleasant and professional and John showed up during the install to make sure everything was going smoothly. Bob left the SRP rebate paperwork with Imperial Windows and Screens portion filled out and explained exactly what needed to be done to submit the rebate forms. I would highly recommended Imperial Windows and Screens. John obviously takes great pride in the quality of his product and work and was a pleasure to do business with. Honest, reliable and fairly priced. I was also very pleased with the professionalism of Bob who did the install. Thanks again Imperial!
