  • Worst petco I have ever been to. Thanks to this location I will now take my business to more local pet stores around the neighborhood . BIG GUY NAMED CJ walks around the store like he's tough security....I had picked out a whitening shampoo for my dog while another store employee persuaded me to buy this expensive grain free food . I was like," my dog needs that" so I put the expensive whitening shampoo down and continued walking around the store with the other PETCO employee while CJ followed. As I'm purchasing this $80 bag of dog food for my schnauzer- CJ the tough guy comes up and cancels the purchase till o show him where I set the shampoo down at. First of all it's not my job- and it felt more like an accusation of stealing (I'm wearing basketball shorts and flip flops ) no where to hide a bottle of shampoo....he then grabs my wife's purse and says let me check your purse- my wife appalled opened her purse but wouldn't let him dig though it as that's an invasion of our privacy and completeley made us feel like thieves and would let us spend over $100's of dollars of dog food and a collar and leash over a misplaced $10 bottle of shampoo. This guy has an attitude problem. And to top it off their grooming staff is horrible and never answer the phones- why advertise "walk in prices" if you don't take walk ins
