  • It's all delicious. I wish I knew what they put in their ramen. The broth was creamy and slightly spicy. The porkbelly could be a cooked a little more, but the spicy miso ramen was great. The shogun burger was also really good. I left my seared pears on the side and nixed the unagi, and the burger was still rich and juicy. I loved the foie gras and the oils from it enhanced the burger patty that much more. The oxtail chili cheese fries were also a win. I would like mine with a little more cheese to balance the sweetness of the chili, but overall, it was a great big dish of yum. The boba pearls were a little on the chewy side for me, but the black milk boba was refreshing and didn't fill me up. We showed up for lunch on a Monday and the place is packed. A table for two would have only taken about 20 minutes, but we opted to sit at the bar. Service wasn't super prompt, but we were never forgotten. We wanted to try their fried chicken, but they had already sold out. Next time Bachi Burger, next time.
