  • Of course the AC would die at 530pm at least it's during the week! We spent hours calling around searching for a company to come out asap. Everyone was scheduling a week out! A WEEK in AZ summer temps 113-120? NOPE, NOPE, NOPE! Howard Air said they'd be here the next day by 12noon. By god there was a knock at my door at 1030am! Shawn was pleasant, professional and immediately began to investigate. Shawn diagnosed the problem within 20mins, he explained everything and our options; no price gouge, no sales just facts. It's 12noon now, Shawn is gone and the AC is blowing cold. All is right in the universe! Kudos to Shawn for the superior customer service and a big thank you to everyone at Howard Air who made my swift resolution possible!
