  • I am very anxious about things near my face and touching my eyes, and I started to get panicky during the medical exam. However, the tech Brian was incredibly patient with me and extremely kind. He was very thorough and made sure that I knew exactly what he was doing so I wasn't scared or overwhelmed. Thank you so much for not making me feel silly! To top it off, Dr. Rockwell was thorough and polite despite the office being clearly busy. I never felt rushed or confused, despite having a ton of (probably inane) questions. I would definitely return despite this location being so far from home base.
