  • Bought a small 4x6 utility trailer a couple days ago. Things went smooth. The process was a little slow but I was ok. Bought the trailer hooked it up to my truck and one of the back lights didn't work and one of the running lights didn't work. Took it up to the loading area and reported my findings. Within mins of of the reporting it one of the employees from that department came and looked at it. Without me saying anything to him he offered two free replacement lights and 10% off my total purchase. Wow. I was really impressed. They had that taken care of in a few minutes and I was on my way. I have mostly shopped at Home Depot but will definitely try Lowes out more often.
