I like this store but some evening cashiers tend to keep customers waiting, do not serve us according to queue, and are incompetent. As well, too many pushy customers or passerbys (and sometimes workers) who like to butt in while a cashier is in the middle of serving a customer, which is extremely annoying and time consuming even at times when the store is not busy and makes it impossible to get my shopping done within reason. Because of its location, this store seems to get many ill-mannered pushy customers.
Each time I purchase the Compliments prewashed salads, it spoils a few days before the "best before" date that it is not worth buying it especially at those high prices. The Loblaws brand salads are usually still fresh 2-3 days after the "best before" date. As well, this Sobeys is frequently out of stock on the meats I like to buy and the bags of fruits are overly bruised, so I do not shop here as much as I like. This store is slowly shrinking and subscribes to the processed food society. I cannot believe mothers are still buying canned pop for their families. What era are they from?
For the prices Sobeys charges, I expect better quality and better service. You are losing me as a customer...I am spending more and more time at the Loblaws stores.
