  • DO NOT USE PRM eithier to rent or to manage your property trust me. they donot correct problems and they are very very rude once you move in to a property. I had to skip out on my lease cuz they were to much for me. Now they wanna charge me for paint rugs and trash when i wss only there for 1 month and I moved when many issues where to be corrected even before i or anyone moved in and they has the nerve to bill me for a repair that should of been fixed. after I moved I recieved a letter billing me for rugs and paint when i still have the key to enter which i did and nobody has even been in the vacant unit. STAY AWAY from PRM.
