| - Garbage customer service. Liars in the office.
Had to file numerous complaints with management about our awful DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBORS. Its one thing when your loud neighbors are upstairs, but when your neighbors have music so loud your floors vibrate thats a big deal.
After a few weeks of quiet, they began again in earnest. We we're informed that they had no idea we had had issues, and that they had zero documentation. My wife came in to talk with them and realized that the manager Meagan, was the one she had complained to in personpreviously. The one claiming to have no knowledge.
At one point they had almost 15 people in their apartment for two weeks and management said it wasnt an issue. They had two dogs management admitted were not on their lease including a pit bull, restriced breed.
The office attendant Jennifer said they would be served a 3 day eviction notice. As they had multiple infractions, and security had responded to a few calls.
After a week and two calls to security, including one after having been threatened, we decided to break our lease barely a month after resigning it.
They took zero pity even though they had done nothing to remove what was an obvious nuisance, and forced my seven months pregnant wife and I to move in the middle of June because we no longer felt safe.
After all was said and done they had the nerve to send us a bill, (which had our address at the apartment complex even though i gave them our new address) for cleaning even after the ridiculous deposit, security, and cleaning we gave them at move in.
Al was the guy who set us up there and he either got fired or quit, which is evidence of how poorly the new management companies decisions are.
Rent went up astronomically, and many of my neighbors moved because they said, considering what they were paying for a one bedroom, they could afford rent for a three bed house.
Avoid at all cost.
