  • Ive been to a few places before and haven't really found the treatment I needed. This RMT can really feel all your knotted spots. He asked me about my occupation and based on that info he was able to understand the way I use my body and treat the muscles that were tense. There were spots I didn't even know were tight until he found them. Theres definitely an improvement and I feel like I can move so much better. After the treatment I was given some stretches I can try at home to prevent the pain from coming back. Not only did I get a wonderful massage, but I also learned a lot about my body. Would definitely recommend!
