Its fine if your purchasing items from the store, but if they need to order it don't trust them. I had the manager processing my order and I ask did you take 5%off for using my sears card he said yes, and about the free delivery and he said yes. But of course couldn't give me a receipt said it would be e-mailed to me. Once getting home and seeing the e-mail he charged me 1,199 for the fridge but the online price said 1,139. And charged me 69.99 for delivery. He also didn't do anything with my shop you way rewards, which should of taken off $20 and I would of earned $11. So basically is was over charged about $134. Called the store to cancel or credit me back their mistake and he said he couldn't do anything I had to call the online department to cancel. I did call them to cancel but of course the money won't be credited back for 7-10 days. So even if I order it myself online I won't be able to use the 5%off which would be a savings of $57. All because of the manager's errors.
That all being said it is a great place to save money on appliances, just don't trust them or the cash register to charge you the correct amount. Know your total before check out.
