I lived about 2 minutes from this adorable little place for over a year before finally stopping in. And, oh, man. Why haven't I come before! Great hours for the early weekend (and weekday) risers (open at 6:30), and rotating crepes means that you always have to be on your toes when you walk in. There are of course always the usual savory and sweet types, but they vary a teeny bit.
Once I finally set foot in here, I think I went three times in three weeks. Each time, their savory crepes (not a huge fan of sweet things) were great! I loved the details. Microgreens, whole grain mustard, fixins in the middle of the crepe so you're not pushing all of the good stuff out the end as you're moving across. My two downsides: 1) Price. It's fairly expensive for how small it is. Iced tea refills are $1.50 if I remember correctly. 2) Space. If you get there at the wrong time (anytime between 9-12) with more than two people.. get ready for a long and tortuously delicious smelling wait.
My iced tea review: The best in Madison. Hands down. Complex without being too heavy, refreshing but flavorful. I would get this year round... if they served it when it is cold outside :(
