The original cosmetic eye procedure (blepharoplasty/upper lids) came out great. I was very pleased at first. However, about 6 months later when the lids started drooping again, the office staff made it impossible for me to return and have the eyes checked. It's literally like they want nothing to do with you once they get paid! I have jumped through a hundred hoops to get back in for a follow up, even offered to pay cash if there's an insurance issue. I have also had referrals sent over to New Eyes from other providers. Still, they find a new excuse not to see me. I wonder if Dr Pizio knows that her office staff is giving previous patients/paying customers a hard time? I just wanted the doctor to see that something obviously went wrong, and to explain to me why the procedure was a failure. It was supposed to last like 20 years and it barely lasted 1 year! I paid a lot of money to get my eyes fixed, what a waste! So, now I'll need to find another surgeon and start all over again. I'm pretty disgusted with the office staff at New Eyes over this matter.
