  • I was going here for a few years because it is close to Trader Joe's- I usually did pedicure and waxing. I noticed a long time ago that the 'sterile packets' were not sealed ie: opened in front of me. The last time I was there the esthetician was trying to get the tools out of the bag and started to dump it out onto her lap- close to the towel my feet were on- She shook out chunks of other peoples toe nails onto my towel. I just about vomited. Needless to say these nail places are a dime a dozen and I will never be back here.
