  • Pretty good sized portions. Get the whole hog if you're with a large group. Ribs, pulled pork, and all the the traditional southern fixings you'd expect from a traditional North Carolina cookout. TL;DR-5 shots fired at those who say that southern style barbecue can't work out west out of 5
