  • Worst hotel in the US hands down. The room was dirty: coffemaker, sheet stained, pillow stained, mattress was lopsided, glasses had grime inside stuck, carpet was pulled back and fraying. When complaining to the front desk they could care less. The manager Ben talked to my husband and I with complete disrespect about all of our concerns. No apology called me a liar and when I got upset at the way we were being treated he told me to leave!! (How does this guy have a job in hospitality?) That's the kind of hospitality you will get here. Not to mention the over priced undercooked cold chicken. Stay in your car before staying here, its probably cleaner. Contacted corporate so I will update on how that goes next.
