rev:text	There are 3 sex offenders and at least 7 people on probation I have had bed bugs. The neighbor next to me reported that he had them, but couldn't make time to evacuate his apt, due to his mother's health. They spread to my apartment, which then had to be heat treated. This was a week long ordeal. The woman who parks next to me, ran her car into my car AND the apartment building. They wouldn't even tell me where she lived. My car has been keyed and tagged. The parking is awful There is water damage on ALL the cabinets There were gypsies flipping cars and partying with their door open 24/7. Apparently they had rented there before and were allowed to come back, even after numerous complaints. They were grilling UNDER THE BREEZEWAY 2 FEET FROM MY DOOR. After a bunch more complaints, they were moved to another apartment. So they're still there They screwed up my lease, now I have to pay for an additional month in this hell hole. I had the proof. I've been there 4 1/2 years. Liz was like "Oh well, you signed it" Every repair (even emergencies) require calling, calling, and stopping by, then calling again. This is also every fax, lease or concern. My neighbors throw cigarettes off their balconies. They got a letter about it. They then dumped all their ashtrays over the balcony, with the balled up letter. **One of my other neighbors has a daughter on meth. This is a weekly police visit. To top all of this off, every time I see someone signing a lease in the office, they look like they have just stumbled out of a trailer park/ prison bus. It's cheap to live there, because they don't care who lives there OR what happens to you once you move in.
