  • I like this store a lot. Recently bought a Ben Sherman suit for 50% off (!) during the anniversary sale. The staff was helpful in just the right way, without being pushy. The middle-aged gentleman who helped me knew to give my girlfriend and me time to think it over, even when I was being stupidly indecisive. They offer helpful tips without being patronizing or phony. My one quibble is that the young guy who measured my suit pants for the tailor didn't seem to know what he was doing and the pants came out a bit too long. The guy there said he would take care of of me for free though (send it back to the tailor), so they redeem themselves in the customer service dept. If their staff was a little better at taking measurements, they'd get 5 stars. Even still, I highly recommend Jazzman.
