  • Animal Kindness and Dr. Jay Holt and staff are wonderful! Fairly priced and treat your pet like they're royalty! From short wait times to progress reports if your pet needs a procedure, Animal Kindness more than lives up to their name. The office is always spotless and the staff is top notch. You can even get your Animal Planet fix while waiting in the exam room. Any one who thinks of their pets as family and wants the best care for them needs Animal Kindness! My Sammy needed oral surgery and while he was recovering, the staff talked to him to make him feel comforted and a part of the office action. My puppy, Ellie received her puppy shots and lots of attention. She even got her 5 minutes of fame by being pictured on their Facebook page. Being a former vet assistant and marketing manager for a Veterinary office, I have high service standards. Animal Kindness exceeds them!
