rev:text	If we could give less than one star we would. This has been a YEAR LONG NIGHTMARE and we will NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE. It took a MONTH to install a so-called five day job. The poor kid they had coming to do it was alone and they refused to send someone to help him. He worked incredibly long hours and would be here until 11 PM sometimes. He told us he didn't get paid for the job in the end. A few months after this first nightmare, our tiles are coming up off of the floor. So, the kid comes back out to assess it before realizing IT WAS PUT IN WRONG. That whole month and moving all our stuff (because they didn't) was for NOTHING! They had to redo all of it. Wonderful. So months go by. Months because they didn't have the tile we needed. They wanted us to change our tile and we said no, we want what we paid for. We were told they'd be here by August..which was two months or so out. Then in August, it would be September. Mind you we'll be at a year since this began in November. We had to purchase a $500 storage unit to move all of our furniture yet again. Today they didn't show up to work. When we called to ask why, they were "diverted to another job". Man, these guys are terrible. We were so incredibly patient for this whole disaster but today we're done. We're out of patience and we're done. We really want at least half of our money back for liquidated damages. This is insane ane ridiculous.
