  • I am writing about the service at this Costco. I was in line near closing time and the cashier after keeping me waiting 5 minutes from another customer and then kept me waiting another 10 minutes to count and cash out her register when I was the last person in line! No apology or anything. This is not what I call good customer service. Definitely will have to rethink our membership here.
