  • Horrible service. We ask for towels and blankets, lady told us we would have to go downstairs ourselves to get it. Fine, whatever. Next day, we ask them to call for a cab, the man said okay, he called at 11am, and it's 12pm we wait for an hour and still waiting. We check the status,he said that they're on their way.. 30 minutes ago. I will never stay at this place again, best Western usually don't disappoint me since I've stayed at this place at different locations. By far, this is the worse one in vegas. Never again or will I recommend this place to anyone. Update Gave them 1 extra star because of the man who took me to the airport on time when I checked out. He is definitely nicer than all the other staff. They also offer free shuttle ervice to the airport :)
