If you want to be bothered by their membership policies, go ahead. I feel tortured!!! My mom past away a few months ago and I had to leave the state but this salon service did not care and still keeps charging me because I cannot personally go in and cancel my membership in writing ! They are rude and have a taunting tone... wish I could post the voicemails I received which were totally unsympathetic and mean ! Mainly from the managers..... if you don't care about your customers, I can only imagine what service you provide to them ! I barely could get in 1 session of facial and have been paying since 5 months now and they cannot "accept" a call in or email cancellation like most other places do. Maybe they never experienced what I'm going through.
