  • The spa F'd me. I had taken the time to make a reservation for a day after my half marathon. I did this several days in advance. The night before my reservation, they informed me there was a "booking error" and that they had cancelled my appointment. It was pretty clear that they had accepted another reservation from one of the VIPs they had coming in all weekend. The woman "couldn't confirm" that was what happened, but the way she said it made it clear. So, I went to the Qua baths and crossed Rio spa off my list of places to go. What elitist a$$holes.
