I would think it wiser to try and private message me to find out if I really am a customer, and to find out if there was someway we could work it out, before I came out and hinted that someone was making a false claim. It is 100% accurate and for you to suggest that I wasn't a customer is both arrogant and misleading. I Yelp as Amanda W. because I set this account up prior to being married. Perhaps if I take a screen shot of the email you sent us to come in for a cleaning using my married name Amanda H. you won't call me a liar while trying to fleece me.
