  • This company is amazing. Trey has got the "best practices" of customer service down to a level of perfection. He calls before showing up. He takes care of the issue(s) then emails you a report and invoice. He then calls a few days later to verify that you are completely satisfied. I usually perform bug extermination myself, but this time I had a terrible, aggressive bee problem. No way could I deal with that! Yelp reviews of Trey convinced me that he was the one to call and boy were they right. After experiencing the absolute top-notch, very PROMPT service and INCREDIBLY REASONABLE PRICING, along with a 6-month warranty, I cannot possibly imagine going anywhere else for my pest control needs. You shouldn't, either. As a small business owner myself, I always try to "buy locally" anyways. In this case, Guaranteed Pest Control is the best choice, regardless of their location. I could ramble on all day about this company, but then you'd get bored and stop reading. So, just use Guaranteed, you will be very satisfied!
