I opened up an account for my family in December of 2016 I canceled it in December of 2017 and thought it was done. I got charged once again in January of 2018. I called and spoke to manager Veronica who said to come in and bring your key fobs. I did and brought even yellow carbon copy as well. She then changed her mind to credit back my account. She claims that my wife has a separate account all of a sudden. I told her my wife was never with me when I opened the account and she never signed anything. I explained to her once again that I opened the account. She said she would cancel my wife's account and then gave me yellow carbon copy and said she wasn't refunding me my money. I asked for her Supervisor and info and she said I don't have it. I pressed her and she said google it. Who says that? Guess what Veronica, I did google it and spoke to Elie Dist AZ Mgr who gave me my money back just as I promised you I would get it back. Horrible customer service here. Manager Veronica is unprofessional and sarcastic when she speaks to you. In the future don't tell customers I don't have my Supervisors information. More important, don't ever tell a customer to google it with sarcasm.
