  • went here because it's near were i live by blue diamond. i pretty much had no choice because i had a screw lodged in my tire. proceeded to the office and no one was at the counter, then a voice came out of the office and asked what i was there for. i told him i had a screw in my tire,he said bring your truck to bay 1. so i assumed the first garage door, did what he said and stood out in hot sun for a good 20 min. one of the workers working on a vehicle in the garage i parked in front of seen me, but never acknowledged me or asked if i needed help. just to get to the point the customer service in this establishment is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dont waste your time going to this place! the crew @ discount tires on durango and 215 up the road will take care of you.
