| - The front desk check-in procedure was swift and efficient.
My room was available for an early check-in.
The room was recently remodeled, well appointed and CLEAN!
Large king sized bed, changing area, separate shower/toilet area and a large dressing area, made this room feel like a suite. Probably because it was on a corner !
I could hear every single word of the neighbors, every sniffle and snort, dropping the soap in the shower, every flush of the toilet, drop of the seat and the sounds of them tinkling, every voice and sound in the hallway, and every slamming door. Thank God, there was not an airport nearby!
The honking geese out on the lake and on the grass outside my ground floor window got annoying at 3 AM.
In-room Wi-Fi is free, but S-L-O-W. OK for emails, but terrible for streaming movies.
At check out I asked the front desk clerk if he'd call me a cab. He said, "can't you call one on your smart phone?" THAT'S NOT THE POINT !
It's called "customer service" and he should have the number at his fingertips.
If it wasn't for the THIN WALLS and flaky front desk, I'd have given this hotel 5 STARS.
UBER was only only $20 to the Phoenix Airport, while a cab there was $50 ! I'm glad the front desk clerk was rude !
