  • Man am I disappointed in this pool company. First, I would like to say our Technician was great but honestly this company has really poor customer service. Our pool seemed to have an issue so we wanted someone who could fix the equipment to come out. Long story short, because of their lack of communication, our pool has been in this state for 2 weeks. If they had tried to get someone out ASAP , I wouldn't need to post this but to pay for a service not rendered is unacceptable. See photos below :(
