  • I called a cab following an event and after waiting for 30 minutes in 30 degree weather I was told that the cab driver has not yet accepted the bid but it shouldn't be long when I called back to check on the status. After waiting 30 more minutes the cab still did not show up and I actually ended up flagging down another passing cab. Very disappointing service.
