  • Wait Time can vary it all depends the time and what day you decide to go. This staff is very friendly, the only thing is that they tend to have some inexperienced people on the plasma floor. Some of them don't know how to properly poke you. This is the second time I get in there and they messed up first time the lady didn't know how to "said I have deep vains" when I don't and she had to wiggle the needle in their and blood started coming out of the puncture and I got deferred for a bruise. And the second time the girl poked me way to far to the surface. And it looks weird now, I probably will have to get deferred once more. Ask for Graciela, Stephanie, or Jeleskya. Don't let Roxy or Melissa poke you.
