rev:text	Update from earlier this morning, Nicole the head nurse/manager met with me to discuss what happened, I explained that everyday life happens but it's how we handle it that determines who we are, she totally agreed, she apologized for the excuses and that they were going to use this experience to better their team. Then to my surprise the whole nursing staff gave my girlfriend a boquet of flowers. Totally over the top, not necessary but I can tell you it was genuine. Because of Nicole, Heather and the others I will be raising my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. If it was not for the nurses my review would have remained the same, thanks Nicole and Heather..... Here was the original review, Been here over 4 hours and just more excuses on why surgery is delayed....first we are waiting on doctor. ..then it's equipment. ... now it's something else...can we just reschedule. ..wth
