Service is great but the food is not. You can usually get seated fine even with the place being busy. Most of their menu items are basic items that you can't really mess up, things like fried rice and teriyaki chicken. If you try to venture into something specificaly Japanese, forget it, you'll be disappointed. Their sushi is good but it's not authentic, very Americanized but maybe that's your thing. Their portions are big so try to just get one item as most everything is overpriced for the quality of the food.
