  • I should have walked out when I heard the owner's voice and her struggles understanding her customers' orders (on top of her heavy accent). While waiting I noticed 3 dirty tables with straws and dirty napkins all over the floor. The guy making my drink had long untied hair and the back counter was filthy. I'm sorry that I stayed here and made my purchase of a large milk tea. She short changed me and asked if I was sure looking in front of me and I confirmed that she did and almost threw the change at me. The drink was mediocre with an inch of empty space and less than 5 cubes of ice. I am NEVER going back here again. Please lady, don't steal from your customers, keep the store clean, and if you're gonna serve a drink you're not familiar with at least pretend to make it right.
