  • I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I reluctantly signed up for a membership back in 2017 (they are VERY pushy) but was reassured that I would have no problem canceling once my six month contract was up. Well it is now February and I have been trying to cancel since November with no success. I have spoke to multiple people (managers and employees) been reassured that my cancellation form has been received and it was canceled but I am still being charged each month. Everytime I call someone tells me something different. The latest was that my cancellation form was yet again received and I would be refunded for the months that i was told it was cancelled. But still I have not seen a refund or gotten a call back (as promised) fr the manager. So I call this morning and apparently they know nothing about my cancellation form or refund and I am back to square one. And to top it all of of course the manager isn't available and I would have to wait for her to call me back. I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service. Everytime I have spoken to someone they have been rude and obviously unhelpful and the bottom line is that I just want to cancel my membership and be refunded for the months that I was told it was cancelled. Ao think twice before you sign up for a membership because they will never let you cancel it!
