| - OK so it is the Strip, where a plain bottle of water can cost almost an Abe at some spots, so what are you expecting... cheap anything? Might as well double down and get some fruit and veg into your drunk lunk so you can go out and get sloshed again later.
Squeeze is a juice bar nearest the Strip end of the LINQ Promenade. Just adjacent one of the LINQ hotel entrances to the promenade, directly across from and facing Starbucks, Haute Doggery and ticket machines for the observation (a.k.a. fancy ferris) wheel.
Order cocktails made with fresh pressed or squeezed juices, or get any mix of their various fruit or veggie juices sans alcohol. Possible hangover cure or pick-me-up in energy and hydration.
I like that beet juice was on the menu. "Forbidden Fruit", described as good for hydration, is a fusion of beet, apple, pear, lemon juices and ginger root. Bright red beet juice coloured the whole drink. Was tasty sweet and healthful. Good service from a nice juice-bartender.
You can build your own, choosing up to five fruits and vegetables, including carrot, cucumber, veggie blend and of course, beet. "Beet-en Up" is another drink that does not miss a beet/beat. Fruits in the pre-selected juice fusion menu: blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, pineapple, strawberries, banana, tangerine, grapes. Campari tomato, jalapeño and red onion for a Spicy Maria. Just like at Jamba, boosts, e.g. kale, spinach, wheatgrass, flax seed, even whole-grain oats, can be added to any drink. They also serve up mimosas using Moët & Chandon and orange, grapefruit and/or watermelon juices. Smoothies are made with either Greek yoghurt or almond milk.
Worth a ten-ner for a small plastic cup of 12 ounces? Maybe for the sheer convenience. Get ready to squeeze all the bills out of your wallet for a drink at Squeeze.
