  • I feel so lucky to have found Firebird and look forward to calling it home for years to come. In the past two weeks, I've felt challenged and supported by everyone. All the members are welcoming and friendly and the coaches are amazing. They are organized and their warm-ups each day coincide nicely with the WOD. You can tell they put a lot of thought into each and every class. The set up is large, well-equipped and clean. It's a top notch box with a small, family feel. They offer one week free and I highly recommend you jump in and take advantage of it. There's no hardcore sales pitch or pushy sales guy- they are who they are- you won't be disappointed! Keep up the good work Lyman and Valerie and thanks for welcoming us into your box!
