  • We had called Grounds By Coffey to care for our lawn maintenance needs during the summer of last year. They scheduled our services to be on a Monday, which I was not to thrilled about... but I thought I'd give it a try to see how it worked out for us. We entertain a lot at our house on the weekends... and like the lawn freshly manicured and looking nice. We had them do our yard one time... and were pleased with the quality of workmanship. What became the problem was the day of the service... so I would end up doing the lawn myself, before their arrival on Thursday or Friday and canceling our Monday appointment times. This kept happening so I just called and ceased services all together. Here is where I have an issue with their business practices... after my cancelation of services Grounds By Coffey showed up at my property while we were on vacation in Alaska and did lawn maintenance and charged me a high grass fee to boot. Their services were canceled... why are you showing up at my house first off? Secondly, I will not be responsible for paying for servives I did not authorize you to do. Now, they are hounding me to pay a bill this false bill from last season.
