Great food but eat there. Takeout for anything but pizza will grant you about half the portion of what you'd be served at the table. Example. Lamb Bolognese at the restaurant would serve three and at $15 it is a delicious meal. Take out, it serves one, maybe two very small portions still at $15. The spaghetti and meatballs was a small portion as well.
If you're going to offer takeout, make it a delight, right? It leaves them more tables to fill up.
Figuring the packaging costs? Well, we can't eat the containers. Ok, that was a bit snarky but I was left with not enough food to serve three people.
Just feel a bit cheated. And you know who else is famous for this? Pei Wei at 7th Ave and McDowell.
