The grooming department at the store is not the brightest or most professional. I made an appt online for my dog. About 20 minutes laters, I got a call from an employee saying their online booking system was wrong and they were actually booked for the day. She was able to get me scheduled for the next day. About 2 hours later another employee called and said "are you sure you're even scheduled at the right store?" Literally that's how she started the conversation. I said yes. She then said we you cancelled an appt last July and told us you were at the wrong store....I told her I didn't even have a dog last year. Needless to say I cancelled my appt. If they can't manage to take care of customers over the phone, how can I trust them to take care of my dog during grooming? Who knows what would happen
