  • We went to this restaurant with another couple. It happened to be my birthday the next day. The service was superb. Have you ever had pickled okra? It's very good. The chopped salad was light and refreshing. When in doubt go with the chicken. I'm glad I did. The chicken was flavorful and comforting. Others at my table had the tuna and the braised beef. I was so satisfied I had no intention of having dessert. But they brought out a chocolate brownie with ice cream and a candle. How can I refuse that? The waiter was smooth, and surprised me!! Thank you for a wonderful dinner. I'm definitely going back.
