  • Our shower was backing up all the water from the house - all sinks and toilets. It was absolutely disgusting. I called Elliott's at 8:10am and within 15 min they called me to let me know that a technician was on his way. By 8:45 I had a knock at the door and by 9:10am Lenny not only had the job completed, but had told me what happened, given me tips for preventative measures, the invoice was signed, and he was driving away. All without even stepping foot inside the house! We do not have small children so it was not anything unusual that was flushed down the toilet, but rather some sort of flapper pipe that was installed when the house was built. He showed me how to check it and unclog it if it should ever happen again. Wonderful service, wonderful prices, and wonderful response time!!!!
